This Neal tire has an amazing staff! They have always been polite and helpful. Have never over charged me and have never done any extra work than I have asked. Really great service!
Mis-diagnosed my vehicle trouble and cost me way more than what it should have,
Friendly service. Reasonable pricing for general maintenance. Works with customer schedules.
On top of that everytime I call in to get an appointment they are days out and can NEVER work with me to get me in. Amazingly twice this has happened and when I call Charleston NEAL tire they get me in everytime and I GUARANTEE they have 5 times the amount of customers each day.
This place is a joke.
